Due to doctor’s orders, country artist Nate Smith will no longer be able to perform at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair on Monday, July 21. All tickets for the Nate Smith concert will be fully refunded.
In his place, the Fair is thrilled to welcome Chayce Beckham, American Idol winner and rising country music star, to the Grandstand stage. Beckham will perform as the new headliner on Monday, July 21 at 8 PM, and is excited to welcome special guest Preston Cooper.
Chayce Beckham made history as the only artist to win American Idol performing his own original music. Known for his platinum-certified #1 single “23,” Beckham has earned multiple award nominations including New Artist of 2024 at the People’s Choice Country Awards and recognition at this year’s CMT Music Awards. His breakout hit “23” debuted at #1 on iTunes’ Country and All Genre charts and has since amassed more than 406 million streams.
Beckham recently released his debut album, Bad for Me, featuring a country-rock sound inspired by legends like Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings. With songwriting that’s raw, personal, and unfiltered, Beckham has been named an “artist to watch” by outlets including CMT, Amazon Music, and MusicRow. He is currently headlining his Bad for Me tour and opening for Parker McCollum this fall.
