Media Room

The Elkhart County 4-H Fair appreciates our media partners.

We welcome your participation and coverage of Fair events, especially our 4-H programs, exhibits, and ticket sales. To facilitate your participation, Fair admission tickets will be provided to media staff covering the Fair on behalf of their company.

Media may request daily passes by completing and returning the Media Pass Request Form below.

• One request per media outlet.
• All media passes must be picked up at the Fair office prior to July 18, 2024. We do not mail or deliver passes.
• The Elkhart County 4-H Fair will, at their discretion, be the final arbiter of the number of media gate passes issued.
• Media passes are not issued to media personnel who are not covering the Fair on behalf of their company.

TV crews in station vehicles requesting to enter the inner-grounds must be escorted and directed to an appropriate place to park by a Fair representative. Please call the fair office 574-533-3247 prior to arrival.

Submission of form does not guarantee media outlet will be granted passes.
