Commercial Exhibits & Food Vendors

We are proud to offer our vendors beautiful facilities in which to exhibit and sell their products and services. The Elkhart County 4-H Fair attracts 200,000 guests annually. The Fairgrounds represents 384 acres of fun during our nine-day event held in July. Our on-going goal is to have something for everyone and our commercial exhibits & food concessions are a major contribution to that effort.

The inside commercial exhibit program consists of three buildings that house 275 10’ X 10’ spaces. Building A is our largest with 167 spaces. Building E & Building F have 54 spaces.

2025 Hours opened to the public are:

Friday, July 24th: 11am-10pm
Saturday, July 25th: 11am-10pm
Sunday, July 26th: 12pm-10pm
Monday, July 27th: 11am-10pm
Tuesday, July 28th: 10am-10pm
Wednesday, July 29th: 11am-10pm
Thursday, July 30th: 11am-10pm
Friday, July 31st: 11am-10pm
Saturday, August 1st: 11am-8pm

The outside commercial exhibit program consists of approximately 1800 feet of prime frontage space. This space is on main thoroughfares, paved, and heavily traveled by fairgoers.
