The space can be configured as one expansive venue or divided into two separate event spaces, each accommodating up to 350 guests. With two sets of restrooms and two warming kitchens, every detail is in place to ensure your event runs seamlessly from start to finish.

To elevate your experience even further, the venue features state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities, including modern sound, projection, and presentation technology—perfect for meetings, performances, and multimedia events.

We’re excited to announce a major 2026–2027 expansion project at the fairgrounds, highlighted by the addition of a brand-new 47,500-square-foot event facility.

Designed with versatility and guest experience in mind, the new space will feature climate-controlled comfort, state-of-the-art audio and visual technology, and a variety of modern amenities to accommodate events of all sizes.

The facility is projected to be available for rentals beginning in Fall 2027.
