special message on our sign at US 33 and Monroe Street! Messages are $20 each and will run for 7 days. Messages are limited to two lines and 20 characters per line.
Messages are subject to approval of the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds staff. Inappropriate messages will not be accepted and payment will be refunded.
A limit of 5 messages will be displayed at the same time to ensure each message is displayed frequently.
