Food Concessions Vendor Application

Our Food Concessions program consists of prime frontage space. This is on main thoroughfares and heavily traveled by fair goers. A water/sewer, electrical fee and 15% commission of gross daily sales is required. In addition, each concessionaire is required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance with the Elkhart County 4-H & Agriculture Exposition, Inc. as an additionally named insured.

Completing this form does NOT automatically grant space. Upon submission, applications will be reviewed and considered based on availability. Please note there is typically a waitlist due to the large volume of applications received. You will only be contacted if your application has been accepted, or if more information is needed.
