2024 Green Day Exhibitor Application

“Green Earth Education Day” provides groups and businesses an opportunity to educate the community on ways they can become more environmentally responsible and sustainable. Green Day is on the first Friday, July 19, of the 2024 Fair.

The Event is held from 9:00 am – 4:00pm. You can set up before 9:00am and keep booth up until 4:00 pm.

This event takes place outside.
All special event commercial vendors will be required to pay $50 booth fee payable to the Elkhart County 4-H Fair. Any exhibitors selling retail products (non-food) are considered a commercial vendor. Selling or giving away food and drink are not permitted.
Exhibitors are to bring their own EZ-UP canopies/tents. (No larger than 10ft x 10ft) You are responsible for your own table covering.
No refunds or cancellations after July 1, 2024.
4-H Fair and the Green Committee are not responsible for any theft or damages.
Set up for Green Day exhibitors is 8 – 9 a.m. You must be ready at 9 a.m. Tear down is at 4 p.m.
Two (2) Fair gate passes and one (1) vehicle and/or parking access will be coordinated by the Green Day director.
