Upcycle/Repurposed Craft Bazaar Booth Application

Are you a crafty person that can create items from trash into treasures? Here is an opportunity for you to display and sell your items on July 19, 2024. The 4-H Fair Green Committee is continuing the craft bazaar for individuals who create Upcycled and Repurposed crafts. This will be an opportunity to set up a booth during the “Green Earth Education Day” to sell your items to fair guests. Only Upcycled and Repurposed crafts will be allowed. Please upload a photo of the items you wish to sell so that they can be approved by the Green Committee.

Set up time is 8 – 9 a.m. Your display needs to be staffed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Green Committee will offer a booth with one table and two chairs for $20. Additional tables can be requested at $5 each, with a maximum of three tables. Vendors need bring their own EZ-Up canopies/sun shades. (No larger than 10ft. x 10 ft.)

This event takes place outside.
There is no electric or water available with this event.
You can NOT bring your own tables or chairs.
Two (2) chairs per booth will be provided.
Vendors are to bring their own EZ-UP canopies/tents.(No larger than 10ft x 10ft) You are responsible for your own table covering.
No refunds or cancellations after July 1, 2024
4-H Fair and the Green Committee are not responsible for any theft or damages.
Set up for the Green Day Craft Vendors is 8 – 9 a.m. you must be ready at 9 a.m. to sell items. Tear down is at 4 p.m. No early tear downs.
Displays must fit within allotted space.
The Green Fair Committee reserves the right to turn away vendors who do not bring items that are not recycled or not included in the photo supplied with registration and the right to deny booth space for anyone not following the request for recycled items only.
Two (2) Fair gate passes, one vehicle and/or parking access will be coordinated by the Green Day director.
