Admission Tickets

Pre-sale admission tickets will be $8 online prior to the 2024 Fair. Admission tickets will be $10 at the gate.

$5 First Friday: Admission will only be $5 at the gate on Friday, July 19

Free Admission Day: There will be no admission fee to the Fair Sunday, July 21

Children age 9 and under receive free admission and ticket purchase is not necessary. Admission tickets are non-refundable.

Grandstand seating is reserved seating only. Concert tickets are separate from your admission ticket.

Grandstand seating requires a paid ticket for all concerts, Tractor Pull, Rodeo, and Demolition Derby. Paid admission does not guarantee grandstand seating.

Clover Cash

Clover Cash acts as a gift certificate at any participating food booths. These certificates come in $2 increments and are treated as currency.

Clover Cash can be purchased at the Fair Office during normal business hours.

Restricted Items

Smoking is not permitted inside the gates during the Fair. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the Fair gates.

Pets, weapons, alcohol, skateboards, metal detectors, hoverboards, and soliciting are not permitted on the Fairgrounds. Bicycles are not allowed within the inner grounds during Fair.

Wheelchair Rental

Wheelchair/scooter rental is available and located inside the Main Gate, near the Fair Office.

Wheelchair rentals are available for $25 per day.

Scooter Rental: $30.00 for UP TO 4 hours - $5.00 each additional hour ($75 daily maximum amount)

Parking & Trams

Parking & trams are both free. Trams operate daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

How to Get Here

We encourage guests to use the south access road located at 16715 C.R. 36 Goshen, IN 46528 or enter the Fairgrounds at Gate 7.

Fair Lunch Pass

Available weekdays 11:00am-1:00pm. Pick up a pass at either Gate G or the Fair Office with a $10 deposit (CASH ONLY). Return your pass to either location by 2:00 pm to receive a full refund.

Grandstand Info

For your safety and the safety of our guests, posted Grandstand Rules & Regulations will be enforced by Fair security and ushers. Fair security and ushers have the authority to ask anyone to leave the Grandstand at any time. Paid admission does not include grandstand seating.

Clear Bag Policy

To avoid long lines and potential delays, please arrive at the grandstand well in advance of the start time of the Brantley Gilbert concert on July 22, 2024. This will give you ample time to go through the line and find your seat or spot. Please also note that a Clear Bag Policy will be implemented at the concert. Attendees are allowed to carry one clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag that does not exceed the dimensions 12” by 6” by 12” or a one-gallon size clear plastic freezer bag. Fans may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand.

Animals Have Different Bacteria Than Humans

Please take precautions!

Avoid eating and drinking in the barns.
Place pacifiers, bottles, and sippy cups in diaper bags before entering livestock areas.
Make sure to wash hands thoroughly upon exiting livestock areas and prior to eating or drinking.

Midway Wristbands

Pre-Sale Wristbands may be purchased online for $30 each through Thursday, July 18th.

Wristbands may then be purchased in person during the Fair for $35 each from the carnival ticketing booths.
