The Fair prides itself on being an active contributor to our community by providing safe, family-friendly events. We want to partner with our community members to provide a FREE event for our Elkhart County youth to enjoy. Therefore, we invite you to join us as a treat station partner for Trick or Treat at the Fairgrounds!
Trick or Treat at the Fairgrounds will be held Friday, October 28 from 1 pm-5 pm and will be entirely outdoors. We invite local businesses to take part in the event by decorating a space and bringing candy to hand out to our youth visitors. Treat station spaces are limited! Priority will be given to businesses in Elkhart County and spaces must be staffed the entire time. The Fairgrounds will provide a limited number of tables and chairs for each treat station. Most treat station spaces will be undercover, but pop-up tents will be allowed if your space is not. Treat station space will be first come first served and will be roughly 10'x10'.
Decoration of your treat station is encouraged, but not required. Although, you may want to join in the fun of our first ever Treat Station Decorating Contest! Businesses may display business names, but are encouraged to keep promotional items and marketing materials to a minimum as the focus of this event is for young children to just have fun and enjoy safe trick or treating. Businesses are encouraged to provide treats/candy for as many as 3000 children. Treats MUST be pre-packaged and sealed.
Required - All documentation electronically sent.

Pop up tents are limited in quantity.
The Fair will make every effort to provide covered trick or treat spaces in case of less than ideal weather, but not every space will be under cover and a popup tent may be needed. Partners are encouraged to bring their own tents, but a limited number of tents may be provided by the Fair. The Fair tents are limited in quantity and are not guarenteed.
