Our facilities are available for rent during the year with the exception of the July. Below is a summary & rates of the buildings & grounds available.

Elkhart County Community Center
The ECCC is 75'X200' & can seat up to 800+. It is heated and air conditioned with a large catering kitchen, restrooms & 5,300sq. ft. of carpeted area. This building also contains a sound system & overhead door access. The ECCC is used year-around for wedding receptions, trade shows, banquets & large meetings. The building can be used as one large opened area or divided into rooms. Tables, chairs, stages & podiums available and included in the cost. Wedding Reception Pictures

Price Ranges from: 350.00 - 1350.00per day (includes 1/2 day set-up) Table/chair set-up and tear-down included.

Ag Hall
This hall is 40'X104'. It has heat, air conditioning, restrooms, kitchen & overhead door access. This building seats 200 & is ideal for wedding receptions & large gatherings. Tables, chairs, stages & podiums available and included in the cost. Wedding Reception Pictures

Price: 400.00per day (includes 1/2 day set-up) Table/chair set-up and tear-down included.

Home & Family Arts
This building is 62'X114' with restrooms & showers. Home & Family Arts seats  200 people, has a kitchen & is heated. Tables, chairs, stages & podiums available and included in the cost. 

Price: 400.00per day (includes 1/2 day set-up) Table/chair set-up and tear-down included.

Arena
The Arena is 60'X166', has heat, restrooms & overhead door access. This building accommodates auctions, trade shows & more informal gatherings. Tables & chairs are included, bleachers are available for a fee.

Price: 450.00per day (includes 1/2 day set-up) Price depends on amount of set-up & tear-down.
Not-for-profits have 1/2 price discounts Monday-Thursday.

Building A
Building A is a 120'X250' insulated building with restrooms & showers. This building is perfect for trade shows, corporate picnics & large antique &craft shows. During the winter months, this building, along with 12 other buildings, houses winter storage for cars, boats & RVs. Bleachers are available for a fee. Table & chairs are not included, however, maybe rented if available.

Building E & Building F
Building E & F are both located just north of Building A. These 60'X150' building can be rented individually, together or in addition to Building A for trade shows, auctions & antique & craft shows. Limited number of bleachers are available with these buildings. Table & chairs are not included. Bleachers are available for a fee.

Price: 450.00per day for each building (includes 1/2 day set-up)

Pavilion Buildings
These buildings are various sizes & are rented during the summer months. Table & chairs are not included.

Price Ranges from: 75.00 - 150.00per day (includes 1/2 day set-up)
Not-for-profits have 1/2 price discounts Monday-Thursday.

Grandstands / Stage
The grandstands will seat up to 6,000 (with wings) & 3,500 can be seated on the track in front of the covered stage.

Price is determined by the event. Contact the Fair Office for further details.

Heritage Park / Park Stage
150' x 300' grass area, beautiful landscaping, center clock tower, concrete benches and picnic tables. Covered stage and shade sail to cover seating for approx 600.

Grounds
The fairgrounds consists of 143 acres of secured grassy areas with paved drives & some paved parking. There are approximately 70 structures, most are secured & have concrete floors.
Camp Sites 
Over 900 sites with water and electrical hook-ups are available during the summer & limited camping during the winter. The fairgrounds has 10 dump stations. Rally Information & Additional Camping Information.

Camping Rate: $19 -$25 per night (weekly rates: $140.00 Monthly Rates: $350.00)

Overnight Stables
Overnight stables are available throughout the year. - Contact the Fair Office for more information
