9-Day (Duration of the Fair) & Daily Sponsorships

Family Entertainment Sponsor - $5,000
The family entertainment center provides free family entertainment several times per day throughout the nine day event. This is a 9 day sponsorship. Advertising benefits include logo and/or identity printed on 1000 fair entertainment posters & 110,000 daily programs. Daily PA announcements, banners & signage displayed near the stage area.
We will also provide a internet link and logo on our website.

Heritage Park Sponsor - $250, $500, $1,000
The park is a 54,000 sq. ft. area located in the center of the Fair connecting food row, commercial exhibits, midway and agricultural displays. The park provides space for many youth contests, family entertainment and a place to relax & eat in the shade at the picnic tables. You will receive a name/logo engraved on a permanent tile in the 4-H Fair Heritage Park.

Tram Sponsor - $2,500
Trams are the transportation service provided to our fair guests from the parking lots to our entrance gates. Inner-grounds trams transport people from one side of our grounds to the other. Advertising benefits include logo and/or advertising on two 3’x14’ signs (one on each side of a tram) for the duration of the Fair. We will also provide a internet link and logo on our website.

Draft Horse Program & Hitch Sponsor - $2,000
The Draft Horse Hitch program highlights the majestic and impressive 8 horse hitches. A $2,000 sponsor will provide funds to bring a feature hitch/es to the Fairgrounds for the duration of the Fair. Advertising benefits include banner and/or signage at the draft horse barn located inside the Fairs’ east entrance gate for the fairs’ duration, event news releases to local media will state you as a sponsor and your name printed in 110,000 daily programs. We will also provide a internet link and logo on our website.

Kids Day 'Major Sponsor' - $1,500
Kid’s day is held Wednesday during Fair week. Many children activities including Ronald McDonald shows, free bike give aways, clown shows, coloring book giveaways, midway specials and safe kids coalition treasure hunt are held in the park and throughout the fairgrounds. Advertising benefits include banners and/or signage in the Fair park during Kids Day, PA announcements and name printed in 110,000 daily programs. We will also provide a internet link and logo on our website.
Kid’s Day Event Sponsor - starting at $50

Senior Citizens Day 'Major Sponsor' - $1,500
Sr. Citizens’ Day is held Tuesday during Fair week. Sr. Activities begin in the morning at the Corporate Tent with entertainment, door prizes and complementary cookies and juice. Activities are held throughout the day on the grounds and admission is free for Sr. citizens until noon. Advertising benefits include banners and/or signage in the corporate tent & Fair park during Sr. citizens day, PA announcements and name printed in 110,000 daily programs.
Sr. Citizen Event Sponsor - starting at $50

Park Stage Sponsor - $750
The park stage provides a platform for local bands, youth talent, adult talent, 4-H awards and many more activities. Sponsor receives a sign near stage, space for a large banner, name printed in 110,000 programs and PA announcements.

Landscaping Program Sponsor - $50-$1,000
The landscaping program benefits the Fair year-round as well as during the Fair. Signage is provided for sponsors of $500 and above. Major sponsorship receives signage throughout the entire summer.
