Games begin on Monday, July 26 - Finals are held Thursday, July 29

Complementary tickets given for 2nd round matches
(advance tickets, sold until July 16, are $6)
Roster may consist of four people

Minors must have release forms signed by parent
All players over 18 must sign a release form
Release Forms are available on the entry form
Entry Fee
Entry Fee is $36 per team & must accompany entry form
